Your seat to fill:

• Welcome every customer with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Act as a brand ambassador, introducing customers to the CYBEX world and creating a positive first impression
• Create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere where customers feel comfortable and supported
• Manage customer arrivals and direct visitors to the appropriate team member or store area
• Offer refreshments and basic assistance where appropriate to enhance the customer experience
• Support customers with carrying or loading purchased products when required
• Maintain an active presence at the store entrance and throughout the sales floor
• Monitor the store environment and promptly report any security, safety, or operational concerns
• Help ensure the store remains welcoming, tidy, and presentation-ready at all times
• Support store events and community activities by greeting guests and assisting with visitor management
• Work closely with the retail team to deliver a seamless and premium customer journey

• A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a retail environment and is flexible in supporting different areas of the customer experience when needed
• Comfortable standing and moving around the store for extended periods and physically able to assist customers with light lifting where required, such as strollers or boxed products
• Previous concierge or hospitality experience is not essential — personality, attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for making people feel welcome matter most

Additional Information:

• Part-time position (approx. 20 hours per week)
• Working days: Monday – Sunday (rotating schedule)
• Working hours: 10:00 – 18:00
• Break time: 30 minutes
