Assistant After Sales (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities: 

 

  • Manage all incoming customer complaints and after sales complaints upon completion
  • Carry out administrative and organizational tasks
  • Planning in deliveries and following up on logisitcal issues
  • Main contact for customers, key accounts and distribution partners
  • Order processing via phone, email or EDI package
  • Initiate free-of-charge product exchange
  • Provide updates on actual after sales topics

 

Your profile of qualification:

 

  • Successfully completed Commercial Apprenticeship or similar
  • First experience the customer relations field (or similar) within an international environment
  • Fluent in German and English both
  • Proactive and service orientated personality
