Was lernst du in der Ausbildung?  

  • Du unterstützt bei kaufmännischen Projekten in unterschiedlichen Unternehmensbereichen, welche u.a. HR, Finance, Logistik, Vertrieb und Marketing beinhalten
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen wirst du in die tägliche Arbeit und die Geschäftsprozesse eingebunden und übernimmst die Verantwortung einzelner kleiner Projekte 
  • Du erlebst zahlreiche Möglichkeiten theoretische und praktische Aspekte der Ausbildung miteinander zu verbinden

 

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Allgemeine bzw. fachgebundene Hochschulreife, Fachhochschulreife oder Realschule 
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit einem internationalen, agilen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Engagierter und proaktiver Teamplayer

  • Ausbildungsdauer: 3 Jahre (Verkürzung auf 2 ½ Jahre bei entsprechenden Leistungen möglich)
  • Berufsschule: Staatliche Berufsschule 2 Bayreuth
  • Ausbildungsort: an unserem Standort in Bayreuth
