Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Du unterstützt uns in unserem Repair Center und bist für die Beurteilung von Reklamationsware hinsichtlich Funktion und Qualität zuständig 
  • Du assistierst bei Kundenveranstaltungen im Showroom
  • Darüber hinaus hilfst du bei Bedarf in unserem Lager in Monsheim aus und unterstützen das Team vor Ort.

 

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung im Servicebereich ist von Vorteil - aber kein Muss
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem englischsprachigen Umfeld und sprichst fließend Deutsch
  • Zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Ein Führerschein wäre von Vorteil
