Working Student Supply Planning (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:

 

  • You manage order processing with factories and external suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • You ensure the accuracy and availability of all required documentation (e.g., shipping documents PL/IV/BL, letters of credit, Order details etc.)
  • You oversee compliance with all relevant guidelines, including minimum order quantities, production leadtime, capacity and related requirements
  • You manage and maintain master data and transactional entries in SAP, including orders, delivery dates, and goods receipts and managing special projects
  • You perform ad-hoc Excel analyses to support Supply Chain business needs and decision-making
  • You prepare documentation and presentations
  • You support the Supply Chain department in the implementation of projects and in various administrative tasks


Your stroll to CYBEX: 

 

  • You are enrolled in studies of business administration (Bachelor or Master) or a comparable field
  • You have a good understanding of procurement processes and are eager to learn more
  • You have very good communication skills in English
  • You are detail-oriented and have an affinity for numbers
  • You have very good skills in MS Office (e.g., Excel)
  • You ideally already have initial experience with SAP S/4HANA
