Was lernst du in unserer Ausbildung?

  • Du Durchläufst alle im Ausbildungsplan der IHK für den Ausbildungsberuf Kaufmann im E-Commerce (m/w/d) vorgesehenen Fachbereiche wie Merchandising, Product Information and Content Management, Shop Implementation, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce Operations (Payment, Logistics, Consumer Service) & Accounting
  • Projektarbeit in der weiteren Internationalisierung unseres E-Commerce sowie in Optimierungsprojekten im Bereich der Shop Entwicklung und E-Com Operations
  • Mitarbeit bei der werblichen Darstellung unseres Sortiments
  • Du unterstützt im Bereich Business Analytics, Web Analytics und CRM Analytics sowie in der Vorbereitung von Regelterminen
  • Nach Bedarf Einbindung in verschiedene Aufgaben die sich aus dem starken Omnichannel Wachstum der Abteilung an den verschiedenen Standorten in München, Bayreuth, Prag ergeben

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Allgemeine bzw. fachgebundene Hochschulreife, Fachhochschulreife
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Starkes Interesse am Bereich E-Commerce und Omnichannel Retail
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kollegen in einem dynamischen und agilen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Engagierter, zuverlässiger, proaktiver Teamplayer
